Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Real Plannet delivers digital services where the output is generated — in whole or in part — through automated processing and artificial intelligence based on inputs provided by you. The nature of these services is important to understand before a purchase:

• Outputs are personalised to your specific inputs and are generated at the time of your request
• Delivery of a digital service or AI-generated output constitutes fulfilment of the service
• Unlike physical goods, digital outputs cannot be "returned" once generated and accessed
• Service quality is directly influenced by the accuracy and completeness of information you provide

3. AI-Generated Output — Specific Consideration

Our platforms generate outputs based on the data and preferences you input. We invest significant computational and design resources in each output generation. Accordingly:

• Once an AI-generated output has been produced and made accessible to you, the service is considered delivered
• Dissatisfaction with an output that accurately reflects the inputs provided does not constitute grounds for a refund
• If you believe an output contains a significant technical error — one that is clearly unrelated to your inputs — you may raise a concern under Section 6, and we will review it in good faith

4. Subscription Services

For any Real Plannet platform offered on a subscription basis:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@realplannet.com
• Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that date.
• Refund on cancellation: We do not provide refunds for the remainder of a billing period unless the service was unavailable for a significant portion of that period due to our failure
• Free trials: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charge will be made. Failure to cancel before the trial ends constitutes consent to the subscription charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at hello@realplannet.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered name and email address
• The service or platform for which the refund is requested
• Date of payment and transaction reference number
• Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines. Real Plannet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

Real Plannet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform or service. In the event of discontinuation of a paid service:

• Users with active paid subscriptions will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• A pro-rated refund for the unused subscription period will be provided

8. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. If you feel your statutory rights have not been respected, you may approach:

• The National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 or 14404
• The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District, State, or National level) as applicable
• The e-DAAKHIL portal: edaakhil.nic.in
