These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all platforms, tools, and services operated by Real Plannet (MSME Registered, India), including Career Blueprint, Wealth Compass, Digital Presence, and any current or future product offered under the Real Plannet brand. By accessing or using any Real Plannet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Real Plannet provides digital tools and platforms designed to simplify decision-making across career planning, wealth management, digital presence, and related domains. Our platforms may incorporate artificial intelligence and automated processing to generate outputs based on information you provide.
Our services are offered on an "as available" basis. We continuously improve our platforms and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

Several Real Plannet platforms use artificial intelligence to process user-provided inputs and generate personalised outputs — including but not limited to career assessments, financial insights, website recommendations, and planning tools.
The quality and relevance of outputs are directly dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Real Plannet is not responsible for outputs generated from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading inputs.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property on Real Plannet platforms — including but not limited to the Real Plannet name, logo, platform architecture, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Real Plannet or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platforms for personal or business use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Your inputs and data remain your property. You grant Real Plannet a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service output.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Real Plannet, its founders, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Plannet and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our platforms, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. Real Plannet does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Access to third-party platforms is at your own risk.
Real Plannet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platforms after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
Real Plannet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any platform, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to our platforms, users, or reputation. You may discontinue use of our platforms at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English.
