Our Work · Live Builds
Real Plannet builds Digital Presence for businesses that are excellent at what they do and invisible online. Rope access at height in Dubai. Auto parts shipping to Lagos. A twenty-year FM career that lived only on a CV. Below is what we built for each, and why each one is different.
Sky Rope Technical Services LLC is an IRATA-certified rope access and facade maintenance contractor headquartered in Dubai Investment Park, operating across all seven emirates. Facade cleaning, cladding, glass replacement, aircraft warning lights, bird spikes, civil works — twelve distinct services delivered at height.
Their client list already included Ejadah, Emrill, Imdaad, Deyaar, DAMAC, Meydan, Hilton and Aster Clinic. The credibility was real. The problem was that none of it existed anywhere a prospect could find it.
Serious contractor, no findable proof. In UAE facilities management, work is won on referral and on a procurement officer's shortlist. When a facility manager at a tower in Business Bay gets a name, the first thing they do is search it. If nothing credible comes back — no IRATA evidence, no service list, no Dubai Municipality standing — the name quietly drops off the list.
Enquiries were arriving as scattered WhatsApp messages with no scope, no building name, and no service specified. Every enquiry cost a round of back-and-forth before anyone could quote.
Arabic-speaking clients had no route in. A meaningful share of owners' associations, government-linked properties and Awqaf-managed assets expect an Arabic-language option as a baseline signal of seriousness.
Domain and hosting only. CRM and branded email are included in the build at no recurring licence cost — so the running cost went down while the capability went up.
Sky Rope UAE now presents a single, searchable, credential-first destination in two languages. Every enquiry arrives pre-qualified by service, with the building and scope attached before anyone picks up the phone — removing the two or three exchanges that used to precede every quote.
The site carries the credibility that already existed but was invisible: IRATA certification, Dubai Municipality standing, and a client wall spanning Ejadah, Emrill, Imdaad, DAMAC, Meydan and Hilton. A procurement officer doing due diligence now finds something they can put in front of a committee.

Sky Rope for Building Exterior Cleaning (CR No. 246265) is the Qatar entity of the same group, based in Doha and serving Lusail, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Mesaieed, Ras Laffan and Dukhan.
A brand-new legal entity with zero market history. In the UAE, Sky Rope had five years of work and a client wall to point at. In Qatar it had a CR number and an empty search result. Entering a market where FM procurement is relationship-led without a credible digital footprint means starting every conversation from zero.
Copying the UAE site would have been the wrong answer. Qatar runs a different compliance regime — QCS 2014, and a Civil Defence framework for buildings at or above 28 metres. It runs a different working week (Sun–Thu, not Mon–Sat). And it has a demand stream the UAE site never needed to address: IRATA-certified manpower supply for oil and gas shutdowns at Ras Laffan, Mesaieed and Dukhan — a materially different buyer with a materially different search intent.
GTM-KPMHZWCH live from launch, so enquiry behaviour is measurable from day one rather than reconstructed later.Sky Rope entered Qatar with a compliant, bilingual, measurable digital presence live on day one — including a service line the UAE operation does not sell, aimed at a buyer the UAE site was never built to reach.
Google Tag Manager was installed at launch rather than retrofitted, so enquiry behaviour has been measurable from the first visitor instead of reconstructed six months later.

Al Shola Auto Spare Parts LLC is a Dubai Government licensed parts trader (Lic. No. 1560955) on Damascus Street, Al Qusais Industrial First. Genuine, OEM and aftermarket parts for the six marques that dominate GCC roads — Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, Hyundai and Kia — sourced from certified suppliers across seven countries.
Three distinct customer types, one counter: individual car owners, Dubai workshops and fleet operators, and importers running container loads into Mombasa, Lagos, Dar es Salaam and Khartoum.
A parts business is a search business. Nobody browses for a shock absorber. They search for the exact part, for an exact vehicle, and buy from whoever answers first and correctly. Al Shola had the stock, the licence and the sourcing network — and no presence at the moment of search.
The costly failure in this trade isn't a lost sale, it's the wrong part. A mis-ordered component means a return, a workshop bay sitting idle, and a customer who doesn't come back. Al Shola's actual differentiator was VIN and chassis verification before payment — a process advantage that existed entirely in staff heads and nowhere a buyer could see it.
Three audiences needing three different things. A walk-in owner wants one part today. A workshop wants trade pricing and a 10-minute stock check. An African importer wants FOB Jebel Ali pricing, HS-coded documentation and mixed-container consolidation. One generic "contact us" page serves none of them.
Al Shola now has a searchable catalogue targeting part-level search intent, a one-tap enquiry path per part, and three separately-argued B2B propositions — with structured data that lets Google and AI assistants read the business as an auto parts store with a defined inventory.

Disclosure: this is our co-founder's own professional profile. We're including it because it demonstrates a distinct service line — executive personal branding — and because we built it under exactly the constraints a client would impose. Judge it on the work, knowing whose it is.
The subject: twenty years of facilities and community management across master communities, international airports, data centres and defence installations in the GCC and India — Wasl Communities, Dubai Airports, Fairmont Residence, DAMAC Park Towers, Canara Bank Data Centre, DRDO.
Twenty years of career that existed only inside a PDF. A CV is a document you send after someone has already decided to consider you. It does nothing at the earlier moment — when a recruiter, a client or an executive search consultant types a name into Google and forms an impression in four seconds.
Two audiences with opposite needs. A hiring manager screening for an FM Director role wants credentials, sector coverage and career trajectory. A prospective advisory client wants defined services with clear scope. Most personal sites pick one and lose the other.
An unusual combination that reads as unfocused unless framed properly. Deep traditional FM plus Power Platform and automation capability is genuinely rare — but presented as a flat skills list it looks scattered rather than distinctive.
Twenty years of sector-spanning FM experience is now a searchable, structured, credential-first destination that works for a recruiter screening in four seconds and an advisory client scoping a project — with every enquiry routed by intent.
